How Ordering Works
Buying laptops, mini PCs, and AI glasses in bulk does not have to be complicated. At RunCK, the ordering process is built around clear communication and realistic timelines, so you always know what is happening with your order.
Step 1: Share Your Requirements
Send us the products you need, the target quantity, and any configuration preferences, such as memory size, storage capacity, or color options. You can reach us through the website inquiry form, email, or the platform chat where you found our store. Our team reviews each request and replies with a quotation covering unit pricing, order lead time, packaging, and available trade terms.
Step 2: Confirm the Details
Once you accept the quotation, we prepare a proforma invoice with every agreed detail: models, configurations, quantities, and delivery terms. For mixed orders that combine laptops with mini PCs or AI glasses, we confirm the split quantities in writing so there is no confusion at shipment time.
Step 3: Production and Inspection
After confirmation, your order moves into preparation. Each device is checked before packing: screens and ports are tested, batteries and chargers are verified, and every unit is cleaned and secured in protective packaging. Goods are only released after the final inspection passes.
Step 4: Shipment
When your order is ready, our logistics team coordinates the shipment and sends you the packing list and shipping documents, along with tracking details so you can follow the goods to your door.
Payment Terms and Options
We support the payment methods most commonly used in cross-border trade:
- Bank transfer (T/T): the standard choice for wholesale orders, usually structured with a deposit and the balance paid before dispatch or against the shipping documents.
- Letter of credit (L/C): available for larger transactions where bank-secured settlement is preferred.
- Online platform payment: convenient for smaller orders or first purchases through the marketplace channel.
All payment terms are stated clearly in the quotation, so you never face unexpected conditions at settlement.
Shipping and Logistics
Packaging for Electronics
Electronic devices need consistent protection. Laptops are packed with shock-absorbing foam and secure inner boxes; mini PCs are protected against impact with padded inserts; AI glasses are placed in molded cases to keep the lenses and frames safe. Bulk orders are palletized where possible to keep cartons stable during transit.
Shipping Methods
Depending on order size and destination, we arrange:
- Express delivery for samples and urgent small orders.
- Air freight for medium-sized orders that need a fast turnaround.
- Sea freight (LCL or FCL) for container-scale orders, giving the best cost per unit.
We quote on EXW, FOB, and CIF terms, and the freight estimate is provided before you commit to the order.
After-Sales and Warranty Support
Your relationship with RunCK continues after delivery. If a device arrives damaged or develops a fault during the agreed warranty window, send us the order details and a description of the issue. Our team assesses each case and arranges a replacement or repair according to the warranty terms confirmed at order time. We also provide guidance on basic setup and compatibility questions, so your resellers or end customers can get help quickly without long email chains.
How to Get Started
If you are ready to add laptops, mini PCs, or AI glasses to your product lineup, the first step is a quick inquiry. Tell us which models interest you and the quantities you plan to order, and we will respond with a clear quotation and a realistic delivery timeline. Whether you are placing your first trial order or scaling up an existing partnership, our team is here to guide you from the first message to long after the goods arrive.
