1. Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. Return Conditions
Items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories. Used, damaged, or washed items cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
